Joining the COG
Individual membership. Individuals at current member COG sites are encouraged to apply for individual membership. Please contact your local PI or CRA to obtain the institutional code for your organization. Once you obtain this code, please follow this link for additional information.
US/Canada Institutional Membership. To become members, institutions in the United States and Canada who are ready to be considered for membership can directly apply to the Children’s Oncology Group. Follow this link for US/Canada sites.

International Membership. The COG has a number of international member sites across the globe. The increasing challenges confronting international collaboration comes at a time that there will likely need to be increased international collaboration. Guidelines for requirements for international sites or consortia from other countries are in development.
