COG-Endorsed Supportive Care Guidelines

COG-Endorsed Supportive Care Guidelines are rigorously developed, evidence-based standards for the prevention, monitoring, and management of  complications caused by cancer or its treatment.

The COG Supportive Care Guidelines Working Group identifies and evaluates guidelines for endorsement through the COG Endorsement Policy, which also incorporates input from committee members and key stakeholders.

COG-Endorsed Supportive Care Guidelines are integrated across COG protocols, with individual evidence-based guidelines available by topic below.

COG-Endorsed Supportive Care Guidelines Archives

The COG Supportive Care Guidelines Working Group follows an Archiving Policy to ensure only the most up-to-date clinical standards are actively endorsed.

Guidelines are archived six years from the date of publication, regardless of whether an updated version has been issued. The archived guidelines are available in the COG-endorsed Supportive Care Guideline Archive for historical purposes only.
