Health Links

Health Links are patient education materials designed to help childhood cancer survivors and their families understand potential long-term health effects after treatment. These resources support conversations between survivors and their healthcare providers during follow-up visits.

Long-Term Follow-Up Guidelines

COG’s Long-Term Follow-Up (LTFU) Guidelines provide medical teams with an evidence-based framework for monitoring and managing the long-term effects of cancer and its treatment. They outline risk-based recommendations for specific screenings and follow-up care based on the therapies each patient received.

Your care team may use these guidelines during routine medical visits to deliver consistent, high-quality care, identify potential late effects of treatment earlier, and support survivors in understanding and managing their long-term health.
