Abstract
Over the past decades, the incorporation of pediatric-inspired regimens for young adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has become the standard of care, as endorsed by several clinical guidelines.1,2 More recently, blinatumomab has demonstrated an overall survival (OS) benefit when used as consolidation therapy in patients with Philadelphia chromosome-negative B-cell ALL, and it has become a standard of care for this subgroup.3 However, access to this agent remains limited in many parts of the world, underscoring the continued relevance of outcomes in patients treated with conventional chemotherapy-only regimens.4,5
