COG Supportive Care Guidelines
The Children's Oncology Group (COG) Supportive Care Guidelines are rigorously developed, evidence-based, supportive care guidelines identified and evaluated for endorsement by the COG Supportive Care Guidelines sub-Committee. The COG Endorsement Policy incorporates evaluation by committee members and COG stakeholders. The COG Supportive Care Guidelines are linked to each COG protocol. The COG Supportive Care Guidelines sub-Committee adheres to the committee’s Archiving Policy, which ensures the most up-to-date clinical practice guidelines are under active endorsement. Clinical practice guidelines will be archived 5 years from the date of publication whether or not the guideline was replaced with a more current version. The archived guidelines are available in the COG-endorsed Supportive Care Guideline Archive for historical purposes only.
