COG-Endorsed Supportive Care Guideline Archive

The COG Supportive Care Guidelines sub-Committee adheres to the committee’s Archiving Policy, which ensures the most up-to-date clinical practice guidelines are under active endorsement.  Clinical practice guidelines will be archived 5 years from the date of publication whether or not the guideline was replaced with a more current version.  The archived guidelines are available below for historical purposes only.
